Ollandi for regulators and market infrastructure

Settlement that completes on time, even when a participant fails

When a market infrastructure stumbles, every connected institution stumbles with it. Ollandi protects your settlement windows from slow and compromised participants, tells a member’s problem from a platform fault within minutes, and records each decision in a form supervisors can examine line by line.

In practice

The end-of-day cycle, with one participant in trouble

Most disruption starts at the edge of a platform. Ollandi tells you early whether it will stay there.

  • One participant’s gateway is answering slowly and its queue keeps growing. Ollandi warns platform operations well before the settlement window closes, and lists the counterparties waiting on it.

  • Messages are arriving with unfamiliar beneficiaries, sent by an operator account that signed in from a new location. Ollandi separates an outage from a compromise, and says how confident it is.

  • Ollandi recommends holding new messages from that connection, and the duty officer approves. The participant and supervisors are told at once, and the rest of the cycle settles on time.

  • What was observed, what was inferred, who approved the hold, and how finality was protected are kept under a cryptographic chain of custody, supporting your PFMI and central bank oversight obligations.

Across your estate

Every member connection is a door into the platform

Settlement, clearing, depository, and exchange systems carry obligations the whole market relies on. Their weakest point is usually a connection they do not control.

  • Settlement and clearing

RTGS, clearing, and depository systems, with cut-offs protected from slowdowns and capacity shortfalls.

  • Participant connections

Member gateways and messaging links, judged on behavior as well as availability, so a compromised participant is caught early.

  • Operator and privileged access

Platform operator and vendor accounts, tied to every action they take. Inside Ollandi, nobody can approve their own policy change or emergency action.

  • Supervisory data

Returns and reporting systems protected from tampering and leaks, so what supervisors receive is what institutions sent.

  • Platform software

Exposed flaws in exchange, gateway, and reporting software, fixed through your change board in order of risk.

Who it serves

Shared facts for operators, supervisors, and participants

  • Market infrastructure operators

Settlement windows held through participant faults, with the cause confirmed in minutes.

  • Supervisors and overseers

Know early whether an incident is confined or spreading, from evidence you can rely on.

  • Security and technology

Participant compromises and privileged misuse contained under rules agreed in advance.

  • Boards and governors

Sector exposure and the response to it, explained in terms a governing board can act on.
